Is it really free during private beta?+
Yes. Beta cohort gets the full product free until we launch publicly. After launch, beta users get 50% off Year 1 of their chosen tier as a thank you.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
Full export of every email, document, compliance entry, and finance row in standard formats (CSV, JSON, PDF). 30-day grace period after cancellation before deletion.
Why is it cheaper than Pilot, Puzzle, and the rest?+
Because they are built for funded teams with bookkeeping needs. Medulla AI is built for one-person companies and prices accordingly. We do not have to support 50-seat customers, which is why our economics work at this price point.
Do you support [my country] compliance?+
Phase 1 launch is India OPC + Pvt Ltd (MCA, GST, TDS, ROC). Phase 2 adds US single-member LLCs and Brazil MEI. Phase 3 expands to UK Ltd, Singapore Pte Ltd, Australia, Canada via configurable rule packs.
How is my data secured?+
Encrypted at rest and in transit. Tenant isolation by default. NVIDIA NeMo Guardrails for PII redaction on every LLM call. AWS-hosted in the same account my main companies have run on for 5+ years. See the Security page for full detail.
